Discovery (Week 0) – Define SOW to include scope, risks, and success criteria.
Phase 1: Assessment & Analysis (Weeks 1-6) – AI/ML security review, threat modeling, and compliance mapping.
Phase 2: Strategy Development (Weeks 7-12) – Define AI security strategy, governance, and architecture. Establish tools, cost projections, and implementation options with associated data.
Phase 3: Implementation & Integration (Weeks 13-22) – Deploy fraud detection AI, integrate security controls, and automate monitoring.
Phase 4: Validation & Compliance Alignment (Weeks 23-26) – Conduct adversarial, stress testing, and finalize compliance documentation. Assist in creation of support documentation as needed.
Phase 5: Handoff & Enablement (Weeks 27-28) – Knowledge transfer, training, and operational playbook delivery.

Phase 1: Assessment & Analysis (Weeks 1-6) – Primary contact, available technical details, available reports, pre-work, list of stakeholders, primary contact, communication channels established, access to necessary systems and dashboards.
Phase 2: Strategy Development (Weeks 7-12) – Partnering, part-time embed with teams, and cross collaboration as needed.
Phase 3: Implementation & Integration (Weeks 13-22) – Client is fully hands on, taking ownership of execution and support with hands-on guidance from bc-me.
Phase 4: Validation & Compliance Alignment (Weeks 23-26) – Collaborative stress, value, and operational testing, refit and iterate as needed.
Phase 5: Handoff & Enablement (Weeks 27-28) – Final training, handoff, and access revocation confirmation.
